I know you would throw the book at him, but it all depends on what charges they can prove in court.  Usually, they get these guys on the little things that are easy for them to miss or mess up on, and not the big stuff that would put them in jail.  However, this time may be different since they seem to have a wide range of charges already.  Perhaps the SEC has been watching for some time now?

Anyway, we believe he walked off with at least 100 million dollars from all his schemes, and I suspect this money is already hidden in off-shore accounts.  So William will likely say he cannot afford to pay anything.  Poor guy.  We should really feel sorry for him.
