I hear you Mayhem.  I suspect the investigation will envolve all of Lieberman's companies, his cronies, and activities.  It sounds like the charges include everything we have talked about, but I still think he will get off with a bar from managing any other public company and perhaps the payment of fines.  William will likely plead that he cannot afford to pay the fines, because his summer home and yacht take most of his money.
