No way of knowing Mayhem.  Depends on where the investigation takes them, how many charges, and how many others are involved.  The word from the company is that this is all just a misunderstanding and will pass with time (stay tuned).  However, the SEC is not known for fooling around, and they generally do not start an investigation unless they are fairly certain of wrong doing.
