However, "the big guy" certainly has.  Whoever is sued will have the opportunity to admi or deny if that's indeed he.  Yeah, it will be a real challenge to prove.  The "anonymous" alias in his post history gave a detailed account of his stock holdings.  Gee, I wonder if they'll match his subpoena'd trading records?
