OMG, I was in Philly a couple of years ago, when this kid ran out in front of my car a second or so after the light had turned green.  I'm telling you he was no more than four.  I slammed on the breaks, the kid stops directly in front of me, gives me the finger, and yells "F*** you b*tch!" and runs off.
