I kinda agree there Morts. TNC was probably the only driller treaty could get to do the job. No one else would hire them IMO. The concern about them having cash flow problems will occur if the drilling equipment requires maintenance ( out of the ordinary ) , a new drill bit, etc... Will they have the immediate funds to repair what is needed. Also I might add it has been said that Treaty " HAS PAID THEM ". If cash they have the money, if they apportioned it correctly. If Treaty shares ? Ah, hell their almost worthless now. No cash there.
