AFAIK,he still has his case against Highline but something SMELLS here. If he was truly BK why couldn't he file some paperwork and get all those creditors off his back--I mean he is a Lawyer!!!


Maybe he wasn't BK to begin with but it made his case against Highline look that much better. Something is going on here............
