I noticed in their annual report that they RESCINDED all the previous claimed acquisitions that were PRed a couple/few years ago.

What I find VERY STRANGE is that a couple PRs stated that the acquisitions had been "completed"
Can anyone tell me how a "completed" acquisition simply gets RESCINDED?
Something sounds horribly wrong with this series of events. This newest "direction change" looks to be a rerun of that last acquisition PR barrage back in 2010/2011
