I agree but because we are growing thru the selling of shares until our revenue caught up to cover cost of running the business which will be very soon you will continue to have penny traders worried about share structure. Penny traders panic with any increase in O/S which is going to happen here. PNCH will soon turn that around and it is coming but in the very short term expect it to go lower!
