This is what I just wrote to IH Admin Linda 
"I thank you for your replies. However, given the number of lawsuits and criminal proceedings against your company, at least one of which has resulted in jail time, it is apparent that the activities of this company continue to tread dangerous legal waters.
As such, I will be canceling my paid membership and filing a complaint with the SEC. Additionally, I will be reporting these issues to the Apple App store and request that this app be removed.
This correspondence will be posted to the members of other ICPA boards and I will encourage them to do the same."
