Don't need to have "rushing of the exits" for the PPS to hit .005.  There hasn't been a huge day of selling for the last six months that I can remember so why does the PPS continue its decline?  The ongoing false starts, lack of delivery, non-performance, delays, unmitigated Belize politics, combined with ongoing manipulation will cause historical lows just as much as selling.  Someone told me that the stock should hold .01 because there weren't many subpenny shares out there to sell.  That was a crock of chit and I should have known better.  Even if all  shareholders of record held shares over .01 and held them;  .008 shares can be invented out of thin air by the MM's.  NSS will do that easily if the company gives them the reasons to short it!  Not much reason for the market to go long on TECO in the past year so the shorting just keeps on coming.
