Hope is a wonderful thing.  But it needs a basis.  I see some good things here.  The CEO is available and asks questions.  You have Bull with boots on the ground to send back progress which is much better than a nebulous soon.  Now they missed a target of 80-100 bopd but that is not necessarily a bad thing.  I would rather see a company putting out goals and working towards them instead of "we''ll just see what happens."  You have a top knotch drilling company getting going today or tomorrow.  A lot of promising things.  Which gives a basis for hope.  But until I see that the company has turned the corner and is profitable,  I will remain a watcher.  I would rather miss  the potential of some early profits and, instead, ride the train as it goes up.  But, that's me,  been promised too many times next week, next month, next quarter,  must see some very good results to invest.  It is not a price point I look for, but, rather, revenue.
