The increase in revenues was primarily the result of the License Agreement with Vital Supplies on April 26, 2012. As a result of the License Agreement, the Company has determined that it is the primary beneficiary Vital Supplies, a Variable Interest Entity, and Vital Supplies has been fully consolidated in our financial statements.
