When building a business that's public you need to divest yourself of all non performing/marginal assets. Most companies on the Nasdaq suffer from this problem. They hang on too long and try to work it out. This is a tough spot to be in unless you have the capital and know how to turn the situation around. Best to be smart and decisive.
