Wow, quite a discussion going on.

It is my understanding that HTI and AHSG entered into an agreement to form AHS, HTI being manufacturing and AHSG being sales. If the ownership percentages of AHS are changing, as per the earlier posts, would that not be a material event, or events, and thus need to be known to shareholders? Where am I wrong?
