I saw what you saw earlier today on iflub -- one of the bashers was very proud of the fact that he had been emailing Crayola regarding JBI with the obvious goal of having Crayola back out of the deal with JBI.  That wasn't very bright -- and could well lead to a claim for tortious interference with contractual relations.

Learning to mind one's own business can sometimes be a difficult lesson.
