Very true Junebug.  Plus, we never heard directly from any of those so called connections with the other company --- all we could do was take the CEO's word for it.  While with NorthCal, they actually acknowledge HIMR, and seem excited about their relationship.  Not to mention the fact that the top management of NorthCal once worked for AQCI or HIMR before going to work for NorthCal.
