The company doesn't need a full time staff to explain.  All they need is you.  Have you sent a resume to Mr. Coats yet?  For the football to make it over the goal line there has to be a lot of blocking opponents moves to tackle the ball carrier.  You are doing an excellent job.  My best to you,   Jim
