Its just coming of a one year bottom and there's good news on the way!
MCII has an OS of 96 mil of which 56 mil in the Float, not bad for a sub-penny stock. The rest is Restricted stock, yet not much can be sold, one or two % per Q. Is see no misuse whatsoever! There is no toxic debt and very little Current Liabilities, so no immediate danger of dirty shares + the OS has been the same for a year, this ought to tell you something. The company has low operating costs and the revenue for the first nine months will supercede the Annual sales... with still a Q to go, so YoY results will be better! MCII expanded their product sales into the Bio-Remediation sector, so that will increase sales, and on top of that they're about to be included in a big vendors list... & this will boost sales. This, and more news is coming for MCII. I say its worth a go, did my DD on it and by OTC standards this one looks rather good fundamentally. Still not Net Positive but with ramped sales that will be a thing of the past, as there's not much LT debt, little over $200k with no immediate payment demands.
