Well, no matter what my opinion is on this play, or even on what play it is, IF information was given to shareholders that influenced them to trade (buy or sell), and that information was not made known to the general public (shareholders/non shareholders/bashers/anyone), IMO, that constitutes insider knowledge.

This is why I asked over and over for some information from the Q&A and from the information disclosed, and was told over and over, you should have gone yourself/wait for the K/just be patient/you aren't a substantial enough shareholder/too bad you don't FB and have an invite to our exlusive page.

Therefore, I was a long, sold my shares, bought more back cheaper, and now am a flipper. Not sure how many others are in my shoes, but I would surmise there are at least a couple.
