Seems like anything that explains the stock manipulation occurring by shorters and their friends is off topic on lieflub:

penny bar means no dilution
btw no issuance of shares since 2010 as per Nov 17 2011 PR because this is a real co which has made probably 12 million profit-look at my dd summary posts

etrade, charles schwab, and fidelity are some of the brokers that allow you to buy-any others guys? see brokerreview.com to research brokers-

maybe also choicetrade and 1 or more who have recently ditched Penson as a clearinghouse-

have to talk to more than 1 person at each brokerage before opening an account for you will sometimes get different answers from different people at same brokerage-some brokers will give some people a greenlight while telling others no---

many companies have reported in their PR's that DTCC wont even tell their lawyers the reason for the dtc trade for trade-

when it was instituted on CWRN I and others did a lot of investigation-and Bob spent a LOT of time looking into the politically motivated matter to see if there was anything he could do on his end-but there were no easy answers to be found in this never seen before scenario re eventually 1000's of stocks-

this all apparently started when a certain national politician took office -I've seen the documentary on TV where he saw injustices and thus came to the conclusion that business was evil and thus had to be stopped

So as noted by various sources -see e.g interview of author of Predator Nation on the Charlie Rose program, he was frustrated he couldnt stop big business because of their legal and political clout -so he reportedly gave the sec a mandate to go after after these small companies-reportedly hiring 100's of extra lawyers plus support staff for the sec-who had a political mandate to follow (SEC answers to the justice dept which answers to that politician)-and by all that is ---- they had to do something to justify their jobs especially in an election year- and many are powertrippers anyway-doing their time at such a national agency so they can go home and run for DA on a law and order ticket and have a parade and be hailed as a deliverer- look how many companies I helped shut down

as noted by author of Predator Nation, none of the big boys have been charged for their abuses in causing the economic melt down (such as derivatives to the nth degree-betting on air on air-something like betting on who will win the horse race in 2525 on an unknown yet to built track in a mythical universe when the horse isnt even born yet-but see they didnt go after those major derivatives etc fraudsters) (I have since seen 1 big boy charged for something)

because of their legal and political clout so the politician went against the small guys in a rage -just as Antiochus went against Zion in a rage when the Romans forbid him from attacking Egypt

brokers themselves seldom know what they are talking about and often just wing it (their answers) so their ignorance is not made patent-- ask them to ask the risk dept-which makes the decisions-though the decisions are partly or largely made on other non-risk political considerations, like the brokers proclivity to blatantly violate fiduciary duty to client by shorting our own shares against us (you can prevent that by having a cash account rather than a margin account)

Otherwise we are waiting for a classification change/removal of dtc restriction and or uplisting to OTCBB as noted by May 26 2011 PR-after settlement w the sec re the Mar 2010 no shares issued no gain promo-so CWRN can be sec reporting-so in the sec's mind maybe they are protecting stockholders but the way they play it only destroys longs-and rewards those who are profiting from a pps fall -some of whom Claim to be working the sec as informants etc-shades of hades -talk about a conflict of interest/collusion

Reportedly there was a settlement Aug 2011 but it was reopened sometime in the spring of 2012-thus throwing a monkey wrench into plans to uplist -for how can you uplist when there is an ongoing settlement w the sec re the Mar 2010 promo-which was intended to raise money to begin operations-which would benefit longs-instead the out of proportion punishment (which even surprised the self professed sec informant) has destroyed longs -so thank you very much politically motivated sec/doj

The trade for trade has nothing to do w the no shares issued no gain promo of Mar 2010 for which CWRN has been punished to the ends of the earth by doj and SEC-
July 2011 Penson started the wave of eventually thousands of stocks into receiving a dtc trade for trade status-this had never happened before and made no sense -so it was UNBELIEVABLE and took considerable time to figure what was going on-the politically motivated greenlighting of other entities to destroy these low priced pennies-meaning trades are done manually rather than thru dtc's electronic clearinghouse-at least its suppose to stop naked shorting and makes it very hard for companies to issue shares as several sources, including Bob,have publicly noted.

dtc- reportedly owned by the brokers-reportedly in collusion w brokers-will put a stock on its list while brokers short it
dtc likes to use the term chill-maybe reflecting the attitude of their heart -for they have done this to hundreds of stocks at a time- zecco had a list of 2000 "chilled" stocks

Though the proper term is trade for trade-not chilled, not stirred and not shaken, because this is not a James Bond movie-
its NOT the same as an illiquid stock (as e.g most grey stocks are-this is not a grey stock) and not same as a global chill-though ignorant brokers like to use that term also-where do they get the brokers?-off the streets?
