Even if you don't believe what I dug up and posted you can't ignore or excuse PaulQ leaking to Ihub with Chad's blessing, an Email intimating 100,000 military units when the stock had started to plummet. Chad, the guy who is touted as never issuing a PR until it is done, leaking an Email? If you know anything about Gov't contracts, they want the emission tests complete before they will even consider you as a vendor. Then it takes up to 90 days for the gov;t to review your application, Then close to 9 mos. to get a PO.  Do the math. Sorry to go on about this, but " just when I thought I was out.......they pull me back in"
