The more I thought about that video with Bruce Perlowin the more I realized two important facts.  First, he was talking in the present tense, "they HAVE this 200ft. arm that reaches down in the water.....", or something to that effect.  Second, his gestures give the impression that he has seen the technology in action.  So here we have a bonified eyewitness that the technology not only exists, but it is in use, at least on a demonstratable basis.  He definately liked what he saw, as revealed by his excitement.  Maybe he realized the technology supported his green initiative, made a business deal with North Cal, at which time he would have know that HIMR was intimately connected, has bought several huge blocks of shares in HIMR knowing his business is a win-win.  I mean this is as close to a conflict of interest as you can get without having a conflict of interest.
