Yes I do GM, and longer.  As each concession is granted (and there are a lot of them just in Brazil alone), the clock begins anew for each of these concessions.  Now I don't think Brazil grants 20 year concessions.  Instead, I think I read that Brazil grants 14 or 15 year concessions.  However, once a concession is granted, it will likely be renewed unless some type of wrong doing is discovered.  And, I don't think that is likely with NorthCal involved.
