What do you mean about they forgot reporting 116 mill shares? In the original 10k, it states that the outstanding shares is 1,284,452,249 as of Dec.31, 2012 and 1,401,143,159 as of April 15, 2013. The amended 10k says the same: 1,401,143,159 outstanding at April 15, 2013. What am I missing here?
