I think everyone in the back of their mind was thinking the same thing. There should have been all kinds of promotion going into the upfont/SH meeting. The K was what I expected, including the additional shares. I posted on the other board what I thought the share count would be. It was just an average of what each Q was showing. No big deal.

Is it safe to assume the reason for the quietness of the board? That and a 50% sell off? lol

Reality check, PNCH is a sub-penny stock. So close, yet so far away from being above a penny. The price needs to get above a penny and hold for 6 months...
