I'll chase the PPS! IMO it will go lower before it goes higher.  TECO moves far too slow for otherwise to happen.  Then when news does come out;  how many will believe it without some official filing which forthcoming news might or might now warrant.  I just don't see any proof of change other than Sean's communications and use of technology.  I see Bull is also working very hard to shore up all of the W. Texas operations and manage accordingly.  Sean and Bull are doing a great job!  During the CC it was said "80-100 BPD and CFP by end of March".   How many bought shares based on that information?  Was the information accurate and if not then why not?
