I think if you controlled yourself more than the usual, it will be impossible to ban you. However, they ban you for the stupidist thing if they want to like calling people names, using improper langauage, threaten people, reveal private information, spam, and so on. If they like you, they only delete the post or limit you to 1 pr 3 or 5 posts for day. If they don't like you, they ban you right away. So, there is room for bias.

But, no chance in hell to ban you if you play things the right way and keep your cool!!!
