The first time I emailed Mr. Coats the title of my email was thank you. I thanked him for all the progress in building the structure of the company, establishing relationships with others, reducing the share structure, improving the product, getting trials with fleets.  I did not ask a single question. And he wrote back.  He said almost of his email is negative, but since I wrote in a positive manner, he would write back. Life is all about building relationships, friendships with others and, out of that relationship that develops out of showing respect to someone, they respond and show respect back.  Now I could've blasted Mr. Coats and said a bunch of disrespectful things and, you know where I'd be today?  Another poster who would be saying, I don't understand it, he never responds to me.  I choose the first route.
