In many ways, yesterdays press release from HIMR is as or even more important that their financial filing.  I say this because HIMR states they are looking to begin the auditing process within the 3rd QT of this year.  And, keep in mind that not every pink sheet company sees fit to pursue this kind of financial scrutiny and oversight.  This strongly suggests that investors are investing in a solid and legitimate company, and that should help to boost investor interest.
