That's a possibility, heck in OTC / Pennyland the Distorts don't have any Disclosures, so i don't see why that wouldn't be impossible short selling against the companies they are financing, even the Big Boys do it and they get slapped with fines in the millions when they got caught red handed frauding in the Trillions
