I still think TECO will make it and might make it huge but on the other hand I don't think .009 is the near term low.  Just my opinion and I could be very wrong as time might tell.  My entry was .002 back in 2010.  The shorters can take it anywhere at the rate TECO moves and their ability to fight the FUD which is non-existent.
