It comes down to this;  based on TECOs historical analysis, progress, false starts, and ability to execute profit;  do you think the PPS will stay at the current .009 buy or move lower based on current events?  Again; .03's were a bargain; .02's were a bargain, .01's were a bargain;  why are .009's the ultimate low?  I guess we all have our own dice to roll and some of us are wealthier than others.  Money makes money.
