The fact is the government in no way wants to give us 4 to 5 million back. Another fact is that most others are not drilling. Another fact is it pertains to offshore and I suspect the government will write new contracts omitting the offshore portion quickly.

If we have been halted from drilling, the government and the country must pay the damages for each and every day..
