If you know someone wants to buy several million of YOUR shares you don't keep selling them for the same ASK price at the opening bell at 3 in the afternoon!!

65-70 MILLION shares bought and this moves up 6 ticks. First day sells outpace buys by even a small amount this DROPS 10 ticks. Watch for it.
