The halt on BOPT should not directly effect MMTE/TTXP. However, it is now obvious that an active investigation is going on. Once again, this will take time to go through the court system, and in the end, it is likely William will not be permitted to run or manage another public company. No big deal for MMTE shareholders in my opinion, because William wasn't doing much running or managing of MMTE anyway.
