I have yet to see a downturn like this NOT be a buying opportunity. If anyone can say otherwise then tell me when? Everytime its gone sub penny so far its popped back at some point. The company value is still there. Regardless of my info. Im sure tnc will drill and brown should produce. Not sure about louisiana and Belize will probably just redo the onshore lease set up. I doubt they will stop. Drilling. But look at it this way, had they not hit anything, it would be the perfect out and get your money back scenerio as treaty was not at fault. Legal fees will be paid back once the case is won. And it looks like belize is pretty good at screwing itself.. So it wouldnt be hard to win.
