From what I've read and other longs, it effects offshore only. Others ( meaning the A Holes ) say it concerns all contracts. So I do not know. There is a link on the other board of the judicial procedures for Belize. And it appears an appeal is in the future. It's in question if that effects on shore drilling. Since the concern was for off shore, it should not. Sean ( IR ) is 100 % confident on shore is not effected. And I can not see Treaty pouring millions into Belize knowing the case could be against them and have to forfeit it all. But it is a 3rd World Country J M O
