Our Current Business
We are an exploration stage mining company engaged
in the exploration of minerals on properties locate
d in Ghana, and Sierra Leone West
Africa. Our 150 sq.km. Nyinahin mining concession i
n Ghana and the 140 sq. km. Pampana River mining co
ncession in Sierra Leone are the
focus of our immediate exploration and development
activities. We are constantly evaluating additional
potential properties as well with an eye
to growing our portfolio. The two above projects ar
e discussed in detail below. We are in the process
of doing advanced mineralogical work on
our Pampana River Project to determine the economic
s of mineral separation which will allow for market
ability of the various rare earth’
s and
precious metals already discovered. We have recentl
y shipped 27.5 tons of concentrated Black sands con
taining the Rare Earth Elements and
some gold for a base price of $1,200/ ton with a 50
/50 participation in the profit in excess of the ba
se price, less costs associated with final
recovery. This has established a base price for the
REE’
s material in its present form prior to specific se
parations. We are ready to enter into pilot
plant operations to establish cash flows
