TECO doesn't have the funds to be wasting on "what if" scenerios.  Again,  all Belize operations would have come to a halt if any lawsuit had a chance of effecting TECO.  This is an MM plant hired by the hedgies to cause additional FUD because TECO is on the brink of blowing out the shorters with Mitchell and Brown oil.  Fock those aholes on the Iflub board!
