It was posted several months ago that there was an issue regarding the concession. Do not remember where  I saw it or how long ago. I  thought at that time it was only bashing. Still rumor until confirmed though. And can it be appealed. Is it for both onshore / offshore ??  Supposedly it will be on the news only as the papers are out bi - weekly. Anyone have Belice TV ????
