Good point Junebug.  So now we know that HIMR does not have to worry about sales or distribution, because NorthCal is handling all that for them.  We also know that HIMR will not need to worry about office space or leases for such, because that too is being handled or supplied by NorthCal.  While payment for space might be required at some point, that would likely not be required till revenue comes in.  Finally, as Junebug pointed out, HIMR has located a TigerLynk manufacturer who can perform manufactfuring, service, and warranty work, so no worries there.  So full speed ahead seems very appropriate.
