These "people with infinitesimal amount of money in the managed money world" must be living in the solution because their solution is to "wait" for TECO to succeed and to "act" vs just predicting BPD/revenue.  So I question; what caused them to wait before buying?  They must be much smarter or more experienced than the 1200 current shareholders.
