It's actually worse than zero plus zero Lumberg.  TTXP is deep in debt, and is running a promotional campaign costing 2.5 million dollars which must be paid for by dilution.  So zero plus a negative equals a negative.  In other words, no good can come out of a merger between MMTE and TTXP.  Even if TTXP could produce, it would be years away, and anyone with any knowledge of mining knows this.  Then there is the costs of preparing for mining, which I have detailed before.  TTXP is just a deep dark hole where money goes in and nothing comes out.  IMO of course.
