otcmarkets.com is reporting that HIMR had a float of 1,125,106,711 as of August 14, 2012, so either there is a misprint somewhere or my logic in my previous post is completely and utterly WRONG.  It would have been nice if somewhere in the report or supplemental filings HIMR reported the actual float.  I certainly hope that "float" and "free trading shares" are not synonomous with each other.
