I agree Bull it is an infinitesimal amount of money, but even if we start producing a healthy amount of oil, our management needs to get their feces aligned in terms of filings, compliance and all that boring stuff before any of that big money starts flowing in.  The people with big money don't like red flags, and we have some ATM.  I'm not saying that these issues can't be fixed, just saying our leaders need to be a good bit more proactive.
