Today PNCH initially went up to $0.0113; then around 10 am ssp started declining  to $0.009 and eventually to 0.0085.  But 10 K was published about 3 pm nyt.  How do people know to start selling PNCH about 10 am?  Do they have advanced knowledge about 10 K financial info?  Very strange, insiders leakage to MM?
