I believe the statement to mean in the order it was stated in 2012 there is 4,189,341,272 issued and outstanding and in 2011 there was 302,002,772 issued and outstanding if I'm not mistaking. In other words. They reduced the 500 million shares that was stated in the last share reduction of 2012.
