I hear you GM, and like I said, I am not yet ready to throw in the towel.  However, I have been in this situation before, and I damn well will not make excuses for them.  I can direct you to a board where the mods to this day still make excuses for a CEO convicted of fraud, false press releases, stock manipulation, short selling (of his own company's stock), failure to honor contracts, and so much more.  No public press releases have been issued to inform shareholders of any major news, and they are required to do so forthwith.  So I say again, what is different in this financial report that is so damn earth shaking that they cannot get them done?  But I will wait.  However, I will not wait happily.  And, I certainly will not wait for long.
