People, we need to face the facts here, and while I am still long HIMR, there is reason to be wary.  As most of us know, these pink sheet start up development stage companies generally just publish their financials like boiler plate.  In other words, there is not much difference between the last one and the next.  So if one files for an extention, you live with it, knowing very little will be different.  However, when one files for a second extention, and still reports nothing significantly different, we have a major red flag.  I will not harp on this issue, but be aware.
